Final payment is due upon substantial completion of work
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
We strive to complete all projects within agreed timelines. However, completion dates may be affected by:

Unforeseen structural or site conditions
Client-requested changes
Those Guys Contracting Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate project information
Ensure clear and safe access to the work site
Remove valuables and personal belongings from the work area
Obtain necessary approvals (e.g., strata or homeowner approvals, if applicable) unless otherwise agreed
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty details, if applicable, will be outlined in your written contract.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Work altered or modified by others after completion
Where required, permits and inspections will be obtained as outlined in your project agreement. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations in British Columbia.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Those Guys Contracting Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
